Editorial Note
Technical observations, reports of implementation experience, and feedback are welcomed. Submissions received by the Correspondence Office may inform future Recommendations, Engineering Studies, Operational Circulars, implementation guidance, and publications.

Where appropriate, significant technical contributions may be acknowledged in subsequent publications with the contributor's permission. Attribution is optional and may be made using a preferred name, organisation, or other agreed identifier.
